by mornings by the lake that start quiet, coffee steams in cold air, and water that holds the skyine like it has nowhere else to be.

I grew up in Michigan learning how to notice light. How joy can be simple and steady, not loud or rushed. The lake is where happiness showed up first for me – and where it keeps returning.

That way of lake life shapes how I make art. Every desgin begins with a feeling tied to a happy place- a shoreline, a street, a neighborhood- and every piece is hand printed with love.

Michigan is MY Happy Place is a love letter to the places that form us quietly. Dock mornings. Familiar roads. Cities and small towns held together by water. It’s about celebrating the places that mad you. The places you hold forever in your heart- not as nostalgia but as something real and lived in.
